One can't describe how much and how hard Sandra works for you. You often think, agents really don't do much to sell your home. That is not the case with Sandra. Phone calls were never a problem no matter the time, she would follow up with all inquiries. when our first buyer dropped out she was back at with potential new buyers in a very down market. Thanksgiving Day was not a problem as we negotiated with the new buyers that day and closed the deal.

Sandra and Rebecca did an excellent job helping us get our Valley Ctr house sold. They were well-versed in our rural market, very familiar with the local details of Cal-fire insp., septic insp., horse property requirements/limitations and the like. They also helped immensely with the listing details, staging, landscaping tune-up, photography, promotion, publication and conducting open houses and showings. Because of their market savy and efficient execution, the house sold relatively quickly. Then our challenge was to sell/donate or otherwise dispose of furniture, books and other items that we couldn't accommodate in our new, smaller home. Again, they were extremely helpful to us in the logistics of wrapping, packing, transporting and donating our excess 'stuff'.
